Eligibility/Qualification–
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed under the
UGC Regulations, 2018 for appointment of Assistant Professors.
Key Requirements Include
- Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with the required percentage as per UGC norms.
- NET/SLET/SET qualification wherever applicable.
- Candidates holding a Ph.D. degree are eligible as per UGC Regulations.
- Reservation and age relaxation will be applicable according to Uttar Pradesh Government rules.
- Government/Semi-Government/PSU employees should apply through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

Selection Process
The Recruitment Will Be Conducted In Two Phases
Phase I
- Assessment of Basic Academic Score & API Score
- Written Test (Objective Type – Subject Knowledge)
Phase II
- Teaching Skills Assessment
- Computer Proficiency & PowerPoint Presentation
- Personal Interview
Final selection will be based on Phase II performance, subject to qualifying requirements specified by the University.
