Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, An Autonomous Institute, NAAC accredited with AI Enabled campus is looking for dedicated and visionary Assistant Professor of Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate will bridge cutting-edge research with high-quality classroom instruction, inspiring the next generation of tech innovators. This role involves teaching B.tech CSE students and establishing an independent research program, and participating in departmental service.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Mentorship: Deliver engaging lectures in core computer science, advanced AI, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Mentor students on academic progress and research projects.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct high-quality, publishable research in AI/ML. Actively pursue external research grants and funding opportunities.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials to reflect rapid advancements in AI/ML frameworks and industry standards.
- Institutional Service: Participate in departmental committees, academic advising, and accreditation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field (with a clear research focus on AI/ML).
- Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence at the university level.
- A strong record of scholarly publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, IEEE).
- Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks (such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Preferred Skills
- Experience securing research grants or collaborating with industry partners.
- Knowledge of emerging subfields like generative AI, AI ethics, or edge computing.
