Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Computer Science Engineering, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures in core computer science subjects, developing and updating curriculum, guiding students on projects, and mentoring them for academic and professional success. Duties also include engaging in research and contributing to the academic development of the department through innovative teaching practices and scholarly publications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Computer Science, including foundational and emerging trends in the discipline
- Knowledge and proficiency in areas such as Data Science and Cybersecurity
- Strong skills in Programming languages relevant to modern technologies
- Experience in Curriculum Development for undergraduate and postgraduate computer science courses
- Excellent research capabilities with the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide and inspire students
