🎓 Qualifications:-

• Ph.D. in Commerce or a related field from a recognized institution is MANDATORY
• 8–9 years of teaching, research and administrative experience in commerce or related disciplines
• 3–4 years of academic leadership experience (as HoD / Coordinator / Academic Leader) preferred
• Strong administrative, organizational, and mentoring abilities
• Proven research contributions and publication record in reputed journals
