Job details:
Educational Qualification – B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering or a relevant specialization; Ph.D. preferred/pursuing as per AICTE/UGC norms.
Strong Academic Record – Consistent academic performance with a good CGPA/percentage throughout UG and PG.
Teaching Competency – Ability to teach core Civil Engineering subjects such as Structural Analysis, RCC Design, Steel Structures, Surveying, Construction Materials, Fluid Mechanics, and Engineering Geology.
Technical & Software Proficiency – Hands-on experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, PLAXIS, EPANET, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, or other relevant tools.
Research & Publications – Publications in reputed Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals and peer-reviewed international/national conferences.
Specialization Expertise – Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Environmental Engineering
- Water Resources Engineering & Management
- Transportation Engineering
- Geotechnical Engineering
Student Mentoring & Academic Guidance – Ability to mentor students in academics, projects, internships, higher studies, innovation, and professional development.
Laboratory & Project Supervision – Experience in conducting laboratory courses and guiding UG/PG projects, field studies, consultancy assignments, and research initiatives.
Communication & Academic Administration – Excellent communication skills with willingness to contribute to curriculum development, accreditation (NBA/NAAC), examinations, and departmental responsibilities.
Professionalism & Continuous Learning – Strong ethical values, teamwork, adaptability, commitment to continuous professional development, and passion for academic excellence.
