Role Description
Teach core and elective courses in Business Analytics in the PGDM programme and related modules.
Mentor student projects, live industry assignments, and research in analytics‑driven domains.
Contribute to curriculum development aligned with emerging trends in analytics, AI, digital transformation, and data‑driven management.
Engage in high‑quality research, publications, case writing, and conference participation.
Contribute to institute‑level activities, accreditation processes, and institutional development.
Qualifications
PhD in Business Analytics or closely related discipline (e.g. Data Science, Information Systems, Quantitative Methods) from a recognised university for the BA Faculty position.
Research Scholars who are pursuing a PhD can also apply. Candidates with 1-3 Years of Experience are preferred.
Proven research record with publications in ABDC / Scopus‑indexed or equivalent peer‑reviewed journals will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in tools and platforms such as Python / R / SQL/AWS Cloud, Data Visualisation Tools, and analytics applications relevant to management is preferred.
Ability to design and deliver practice‑oriented courses, guide projects, and engage with industry for consulting, executive education, and collaborative research is preferred.
Pay Scale: INR 10-12 Lakhs Per Annum. Added Benefits as per company policy.
