✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10 years of total work experience.
We are looking for at least 5 years in industry roles related to Agency experience spanning multiple categories — FMCG, luxury& lifestyle, consumer durables, and diverse sectors — with exposure to both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprises is strongly preferred.
PhD in Marketing or related field preferred like: Advertising/Brand Management; candidates with MBA (Marketing) will be strongly considered
🔑 Key Responsibilities
TEACHING & LEARNING:
- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and case-based sessions while integrating industry insights, live projects, and brand simulations into pedagogy
RESEARCH & SCHOLARLY ACTIVITY:
- Conduct and publish impactful research in ABDC/ SCOPUS indexed journals on the topics of marketing, branding, advertising, consumer behavior, or digital communication.
MENTORSHIP & STUDENT ENGAGEMENT:
- Guide students in Campus activities, OCAC initiatives, Digital Media & Marketing Communication and Creative Communication & Execution tracks; mentor them on internships, live briefs, and career pathways; encourage participation in brand festivals, competitions, and industry showcases.
INDUSTRY INTEGRATION & OUTREACH:
- Build strong partnerships with FMCG, Luxury, Media, and Advertising firms; facilitate guest lectures, brand challenges, workshops, and internships; ensure pedagogy remains aligned with evolving industry practices and future skills
💰 Compensation
As per UGC guidelines.
Higher remuneration will be offered to deserving candidates based on profile and experience.
