Our academic team will contribute to the co-creation and delivery of an innovative, transdisciplinary curriculum that integrates engineering, design, management, social sciences, and beyond, with a strong emphasis on real-world problem-solving and the transformative role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. You will have the opportunity to engage in teaching, research, and community-oriented initiatives through a collaborative, transdisciplinary approach, supported by strong industry partnerships and collaborations, at our fully residential, state-of-the-art campus in Goa.
What you will do
- Curriculum design
- High-impact research and knowledge dissemination
- Building and engaging in strong industry partnerships and collaborations
- Establishing thought leadership around WPU GŌA model
- Commitment to collaborative learning culture
- Mentoring diverse group of students
- Lead and impact the society through knowledge solutions]
What you will not:
- Chasing the publication numbers without impact
- Teaching and researching without inter-connection
- Theorizing above application of knowledge
- Anything that don’t add value to teaching-learning process
A Successful Candidate:
- Earned doctorate with a good master’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to teach across disciplinary boundaries
- Publication record in high-impact journal will be a plus but not a mandatory criterion for fresh PhDs
- Experience in translating academic work into industry-relevant applications or partnerships
- Experience with innovative pedagogies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
