Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science & IT Department, based in Indore. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging course materials, conducting lectures, organizing lab sessions, and ensuring students grasp fundamental and advanced CS & IT concepts. The Assistant Professor will also mentor students, guide research projects, participate in curriculum development, and attend academic and administrative meetings as required by the department.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Computer Science and IT domains, such as Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Expertise in modern technologies and tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity
• Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Experience in conducting research, publishing papers, and guiding student research projects
• Familiarity with curriculum development and academic program advancement
• Ability to collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to the department's goals
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree with substantial teaching experience may also be considered)
• Prior teaching experience in a higher education setting is a plus
