Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Chengalpattu. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, guiding research projects, and performing academic assessments. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, engaging in collaborative research, and participating in departmental administrative tasks. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will support students in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities to enhance their learning experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in pharmaceutical sciences, including a strong foundation in relevant theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Effective teaching, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Research proficiency, including a track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals and guiding student research projects.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage and inspire students effectively.
- Capability to contribute to curriculum design, plan educational programs, and evaluate academic progress.
- Experience in organizing and overseeing co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for students is a bonus.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with relevant teaching and research experience.
