Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in New Delhi. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting innovative research in their field of expertise, developing educational materials, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities. They will also contribute to curriculum design, ensure timely assessments, and engage in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and subject matter expertise in the relevant discipline.
- Research experience, with the ability to contribute to academic publications and conference presentations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to effectively guide students.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment methodologies.
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) or equivalent in the relevant field is preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree and considerable teaching experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to academic and institutional growth.
