Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajpur Sonarpur for an Assistant Professor in Law. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering lectures, preparing and grading assessments, providing academic guidance, mentoring students, engaging in research activities, and contributing to the overall academic environment. Additionally, they will participate in institutional events and activities to foster a dynamic and inclusive culture of learning.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in legal studies, with specialization in areas such as constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, or environmental law.
- Excellent teaching skills, including the ability to prepare course materials, deliver lectures, and evaluate student performance effectively.
- Proficiency in research, academic writing, and publication of scholarly articles in recognized journals.
- Ability to guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- A Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) from a recognized university is required; Ph.D. in Law or enrollment in a Ph.D. program will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with university-affiliated programs and experience in curriculum development is preferred.
