Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow for an Assistant Professor. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting instructional activities in their area of expertise, mentoring and guiding students academically and professionally, and preparing comprehensive teaching materials. Additional responsibilities include participation in curriculum development, academic research, and collaboration with colleagues on departmental activities and projects.

Qualifications
  • Strong teaching skills and the ability to develop engaging course materials
  • Research competencies with a proven track record of scholarly publications or the ability to contribute to ongoing research initiatives
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in curriculum design and the ability to stay updated in their academic field
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment
  • A Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant discipline is preferred, with a minimum qualification of a Master’s degree (as per UGC or applicable accreditation body norms).
  • Prior teaching or industry experience in the related discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and online teaching tools is beneficial.
