Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor, located in Mohali district. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to academic programs in higher education. Additional responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, staying updated on the latest advancements in the field, and promoting an engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to design, conduct, and assess courses effectively
- Proficiency in research methodologies and the ability to engage in academic and applied research
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and student engagement abilities
- Experience or interest in educational technologies and digital transformation within the higher education sector
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, with a strong academic record
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on subject matter expertise
- Experience in curriculum design or program development is a plus
