Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (M.Pharm or equivalent) in a relevant pharmacy discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, including theory and practical applications in chosen specialization.
- Demonstrated ability to teach at undergraduate level with clear communication and effective classroom management.
- Interest in academic research, with the ability to contribute to publications, projects, or conferences.
- Familiarity with current pharmacy education standards, regulatory requirements, and professional ethics.
- Ability to mentor students, support their academic growth, and work collaboratively with colleagues and administration.
- Proficiency in English; ability to teach and communicate in local languages is an added advantage.
- Prior teaching or academic experience in pharmacy education is preferred.
