Key Responsibilities
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the respective specialization.
Prepare lesson plans, conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments.
Mentor students in academic, research, and career development.
Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.
Contribute to research, publications, seminars, workshops, and faculty development activities.
Perform examination, accreditation, and departmental responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Mandatory).
Master's degree in the relevant specialization with a consistently good academic record.
Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
UGC-NET or SET qualified candidates will be given additional weightage/preference.
Prior teaching, research, or industry experience will be an added advantage.
Publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals are desirable.
