Brief about the Institution
RV Institute of Management – An AICTE approved premier autonomous institution of
excellence with NAAC A+ accreditation with the student intake of 180. RVIM was
established in 1999 with the sole purpose of providing quality management education. The
institute has an equal emphasis on research and teaching with a truly multidisciplinary
environment. The vision of the institute is to be a world-class management institute of

community engagement. Institution offers two year full time MBA program; PGDBA (Post
Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics) evening hybrid Program for working professionals;
and Ph.D program under Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University (BCU).
Qualifications and Experience:
ǂ As per AICTE norms
ǂ PhD in the above disciplines with required work experience
ǂ Domain knowledge and skill sets; research credentials; and the right attitude is must
ǂ PhD candidates who are close to submission can also apply for Assistant Professor Position.
Compensation:
Compensation will be as per AICTE norms according to Management UGC 7th Pay scale and
is not a constraint for the deserving candidate.
Please Note: Candidate having AI & hands on Analytics skillset in their respective domain and PhD. from premier institution will be preferred.
