Role Description
Amity University is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Computer Science for its Patna campus. The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, developing and enhancing curriculum, conducting innovative research, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the academic growth of the department, collaborating with colleagues on academic and research projects, and engaging students through innovative teaching strategies. The role also requires participation in departmental initiatives, conferences, and research activities to uphold the university's commitment to academic excellence. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong record of teaching and research experience.
- Expertise in Computer Science, including advanced knowledge in core computational concepts and applications.
- Proficiency in Programming and Curriculum Development to deliver and enhance academic content effectively.
- Specialized knowledge in Data Science and Cybersecurity to drive research and innovation in these fields.
- Strong commitment to academic research and the ability to publish in reputed journals.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
