Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology based at the Ranchi, Jharkhand campus of Amity University. The role entails delivering high-quality lectures, developing and implementing innovative teaching methods, mentoring students in academic and research activities, and publishing scholarly work. The selected candidate will also engage in curriculum development, contribute to the institution’s research goals, and participate in academic and administrative activities to further the university's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Clinical Psychology, including theoretical knowledge and practical application in diverse areas of psychological assessment and intervention.
- Proven skills in teaching and mentoring students effectively at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Experience in conducting and publishing research in reputed national and international journals.
- Proficiency in designing course curricula, implementing innovative teaching strategies, and utilizing contemporary educational technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills to contribute to academic committees and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field is required.
- Prior experience as an Assistant/Associate Professor or relevant academic/clinical experience is highly preferred.
