Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Associate Professor(MBA). The role involves teaching postgraduate students, preparing course materials, conducting research, guiding student projects, and participating in academic committees. Responsibilities also include collaborating with faculty for curriculum development, contributing to the institution's research initiatives, mentoring students, and engaging in community development or industry projects to foster holistic learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Subject Expertise: Deep knowledge in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on areas such as Human Resources and Digital Marketing
- Teaching Proficiency: Strong teaching skills, curriculum development, and the ability to mentor and inspire students with innovative teaching methodologies.
- Academic Practice: Capability in research, publishing in academic journals, and supervising student projects in relevant fields.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities alongside relationship-building and mentoring skills.
- Commitment & Professionalism: Strong work ethic, collaboration with peers, and active engagement in institutional and industry collaborations to foster learning.
- Qualifications: A PhD degree in the relevant discipline is preferred. A minimum of a Master's degree is required. Prior teaching or industry experience is highly valued.
- Additional Advantage: Familiarity with digital teaching tools, industry partnerships, accreditation processes, and modern pedagogical frameworks is a plus.
