Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in the Engineering Departments at Brilliant Grammar School Educational Society's Group of Institutions located in Telangana, India. The position involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate engineering courses, developing and delivering lesson plans, conducting research, advising and mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Faculty members are also expected to participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

- Expertise in teaching engineering subjects such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering
- Strong research background and experience in conducting academic research
- Mentorship and advising skills for guiding students in their academic and career pursuits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with developing and applying innovative teaching methods
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Ph.D. in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred), M.Tech/M.E in Engineering also considered
- Experience in academic administration is advantageous
