Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guiding students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in core CSE subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation materials
- Guide and mentor students in academic and project work
- Conduct assessments, grading, and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
- Engage in research activities, publications, and conferences
- Support departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and events
- Maintain student records and ensure academic discipline
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of core subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, OS, and Programming Languages
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Basic research orientation and publication knowledge
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies
Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience
- Candidates with prior academic experience will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- NET/PhD qualification
- Research publications in reputed journals
- Experience with AI/ML, Data Science, or emerging technologies
