🎓 Qualifications:-
- Ph.D. in Commerce or a related field from a recognized institution is MANDATORY
- 8–9 years of teaching, research and administrative experience in commerce or related disciplines
- 3–4 years of academic leadership experience (as HoD / Coordinator / Academic Leader) preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and mentoring abilities
- Proven research contributions and publication record in reputed journals

- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Department of Commerce
- Design and implement innovative, industry-relevant curricula
- Foster a research-driven and collaborative culture within the department
