Role Description & Specializations
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Business Analytics at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed To Be University) Institute of Management & Research - New Delhi.
The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate & postgraduate courses, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic activities like seminars and workshops. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of the English curriculum and supporting the overall mission of the institute.

🔹Eligibility Criteria (Must Have)
- Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from a recognized university with good academic record (at least 55% marks or equivalent).
- Experience in teaching the subject management subject Business Analytics
- Preference for candidates with experience in reputed institutions and strong academic background.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
- NET/SET qualification as applicable (candidates with Ph.D. as per UGC regulations may be exempted).
- Demonstrated ability in teaching, research, and academic publications in reputed journals.

- Ability to teach Business Analytics and related subjects such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other allied management subjects.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., Python, R, SPSS, Tableau, ERP systems, AI/ML tools).
- Ability to integrate industry practices with academic delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
