Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Assistant Professor specializing in Applied Psychology and Marketing to join our academic team. The candidate should have a strong academic background, research orientation, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures in Applied Psychology and Marketing courses as per curriculum requirements

• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment strategies

• Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities

• Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation

• Publish research papers in reputed journals and participate in conferences

• Assist in departmental administrative responsibilities

• Engage in industry collaborations and consultancy (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. (Mandatory) in Psychology / Applied Psychology / Marketing / related discipline

(Thesis submitted candidates may also be considered)

• Master’s degree with strong academic record

• NET/SET qualification preferred (as per UGC norms)

• Prior teaching/research experience is an added advantage
