Hiring: Assistant Manager – Production (Wiring Harness)
Location: Ambernath,Maharashtra
Department: Production – Harness
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 8–15 Years
Mandatory Requirement
Experience in Wiring Harness Manufacturing is compulsory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production operations for wiring harness manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth production flow while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery targets.
- Plan and schedule production based on customer requirements and project priorities.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Maintenance, QC, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor manpower planning, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Handle production issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays.
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and IPC standards.
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop production teams, supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Preferred
- SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage.
