Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chakan, for the position of Assistant Production Manager. The role involves assisting in managing day-to-day production operations, supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality control standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring staff performance, optimizing resource utilization, and upholding safety protocols to ensure a seamless production environment.

- Experience in production management, process optimization, and leadership practices
- Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze production workflows and implement efficiency improvements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
- Previous experience in the packaging or insulation industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
