Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Production Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Dindigul. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure the adherence to quality standards, and optimize workflows for efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, managing raw material usage, coordinating with various departments, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. Collaboration across multiple teams and adherence to productivity and safety guidelines are essential aspects of this role.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and understanding of quality control standards
