Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Wai. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, monitoring production processes, ensuring optimal equipment usage, supervising production staff, and troubleshooting process issues. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Skills in planning, scheduling, and organizing production workflows
- Ability to supervise and manage a team, ensuring productivity and adherence to deadlines
- Problem-solving aptitude and capability to optimize resource utilization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in relevant software for production management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing industries is an advantage
