Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Wai. The Assistant Production Manager will support the production process by managing daily operations, overseeing processing activities for nuts and raisins, coordinating with teams to ensure efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety and food quality standards, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to support efficient production processes
- Technical knowledge of food processing, machinery operations, and production line equipment
- Understanding of FSSC 22000 or other food safety and quality management systems
- Experience in coordinating tasks, and managing production staff
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and data analysis
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
- Relevant experience or education in food processing, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or food production environments is an advantage
