We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Assistant Manager with 5–10 years of experience in software product marketing and digital demand generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting product sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or Manufacturing software markets will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Positioning
• Develop clear product messaging and positioning for software products.
• Translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused value propositions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the software industry.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and webinars to support demand generation.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline growth.
Go-To-Market Strategy
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
• Identify target customer segments and industry opportunities.
• Support campaign planning aligned with business growth objectives.
Sales Enablement
• Develop sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and demo materials.
• Train internal sales teams on product messaging and competitive positioning.
• Assist the sales team in customer engagements and product demonstrations when required.
Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking
• Monitor campaign performance, lead conversion, and marketing ROI.
• Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track and optimize marketing activities.
• Continuously improve digital marketing strategies based on performance insights.
