Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Product Manager - Pharma, based in Greater Noida. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of pharmaceutical product development, supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. The Assistant Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor product performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in product planning, marketing strategies, and campaign management
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and product lifecycle
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work on-site and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical product management is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
