Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager who owns and manages supply chain technology systems across OMS, WMS, logistics, and post-purchase operations to ensure smooth operations, reliable integrations, and process efficiency. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills to drive system stability, operational adoption, and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and operational health of supply chain systems.
- Ensure high system reliability, operational continuity, and process stability.
- Lead setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of integrations across OMS, WMS, TMS, and logistics platforms.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to resolve system and integration issues.
- Gather and structure operational and business requirements into actionable enhancements.
- Drive rollout, UAT, training, and adoption of new system features, modules, and workflows.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, workflow gaps, and system inefficiencies.
- Prioritize and deliver enhancements aligned with operational scalability and business impact.
- Support evaluation, onboarding, and implementation of new supply chain technology solutions.
- Maintain structured documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks for all owned systems.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Technology, and Vendor teams.
- Support process automation and continuous operational improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Systems, Product Management, Operations Technology, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Hands-on experience working with OMS, WMS, TMS, logistics platforms, or operational workflow systems.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system dependencies
- Ability to troubleshoot operational system issues
- Exposure to operational dashboards, workflows, and system reporting
- Strong in systems ownership and operational execution
- Comfortable managing operational complexity at scale
- Able to coordinate across operations, technology, and vendors
