Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and curious Associate Product Manager (AI) who will work at the intersection of product, data, and technology. You will help build and scale AI-powered features across customer experience, supply chain, and internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers to define and execute the AI product roadmap
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML models into business processes and customer journeys
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and AI use cases
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to ship AI features
- Own feature lifecycle: from ideation → experimentation → launch → optimization
- Analyze product performance using data, and iterate based on insights
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve AI-driven experiences
- Stay updated with latest trends in AI, LLMs, automation, and personalization
Key Projects You May Work On
- AI-powered customer support automation (chatbots, ticket classification)
- Recommendation engines for mattresses and sleep products
- Demand forecasting and supply chain optimization models
- Personalization across website, app, and CRM journeys
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management / Business Analytics / Consulting / Tech roles
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (no need to code deeply, but should understand concepts)
- Experience working with data (SQL, Excel, dashboards, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
