Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Procurments & Tendering based in Mumbai. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing bids, overseeing procurement activities, collaborating with the buisness development team, and coordinating with project management to ensure the feasibility and success of tendering efforts. The role requires excellent organizational, strategic, and analytical skills to drive business opportunities and win new projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Interior fitout Procurement, Tender Management and Preparation, with the ability to evaluate and draft intricate proposals for clients and vendors partners.
- Knowledge of Procurement and resource management processes to ensure cost-efficient and timely project delivery.
- Sales acumen with strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in Project Management to ensure effective collaboration and smooth implementation of awarded tenders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional team coordination.
- Prior experience in interior design, construction, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
