Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Assistant Planning Engineer. The Assistant Planning Engineer will be responsible for drafting project plans, coordinating production planning schedules, analyzing project progress, and ensuring timely execution of construction activities. The role also entails maintaining project control documentation and effective communication with various teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in project Planning and Production Planning to effectively manage and schedule construction activities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex data and determine project progress and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Project Control to monitor timelines and ensure adherence to project goals.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or real estate projects is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and a good understanding of industry best practices.
