Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Assistant Pastry Chef. The Assistant Pastry Chef will assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods and desserts, including cakes, pastries, and bread. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining quality control, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the team to develop new menu items. The role also involves assisting with inventory management and kitchen organization to ensure a seamless operation.

- Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
- Strong Culinary Skills and Cooking abilities
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a busy kitchen environment
- Passion for innovation and creativity in pastry and dessert creation
- Prior experience in a bakery or culinary environment is an advantage
- Culinary arts training or certification is a plus
