Role Description
The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning of the outlet. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, supervising inventory levels, and assisting the Outlet Manager in implementing sales and service strategies. The Assistant Outlet Manager will also help in coordinating team shifts, maintaining service quality, and ensuring adherence to company standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Proficiency in People Management to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and providing clear instructions to staff.
- Experience in Inventory Management to maintain stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is an advantage.
