About the RoleSuper Morsel is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals in hospitality who are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and service quality
- Support POS operations and billing accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock tracking
- Handle basic reporting and MIS tasks
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards
- Contribute to team coordination and positive work culture
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic understanding of POS systems (training will be provided)
