Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant or Associate Professor role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, designing course materials, engaging in academic research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental and institutional growth. The role also includes participating in various academic and administrative activities and collaborating with colleagues to foster an enriching learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Subject-matter expertise and knowledge of curriculum design and research methodologies
- Proficiency in teaching, public speaking, and communication
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative teaching strategies
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to contribute to departmental initiatives
- Ph.D. or a Master’s degree in the relevant field of engineering, management, or a closely related discipline
- Proven track record of academic and research excellence is highly desirable
- Commitment to mentoring students and fostering their academic and professional growth
- Experience in using modern educational tools and technology is an advantage
