Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar for an Assistant Operations Manager. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the tuition center, coordinate schedules, manage resources, and oversee staff performance. Responsibilities also include ensuring operational efficiencies, maintaining communication with students and parents, and assisting in the implementation of educational programs and administrative tasks. The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience for students.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using management tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms for scheduling and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and educational environment
- Background in education or academic institutions is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated adaptability to work on-site and manage daily operations effectively
