Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of facility management services. Key responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring adherence to service standards, coordinating client requirements, handling operational challenges, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Assistant Operations Manager will also contribute to the development of operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Operational Management: Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing teams and operations.
- Client Coordination: Proficiency in client communication, fostering professional relationships, and addressing client needs effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of facility management services, including housekeeping, technical services, and energy management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges, implement solutions, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Compliance and Safety: Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in facility or operations management, with knowledge of the Chennai market being highly preferred.
- Additional: Proficiency with operational software and tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
