Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for an Assistant Operations Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with staff, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of store operations. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing support to the operations team. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions to enhance workflow and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
- Inventory management, procurement, and supply chain coordination experience
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a dynamic work environment
- Working experience in the retail sector or related industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
