Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Operations Manager role based in North Goa. The Assistant Operations Manager will support operational processes, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, improving workflow efficiency, and managing resources. The role also involves supporting management with project implementation, analyzing operational data, and contributing to strategic planning and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
- Proficiency in team management, collaboration, and leadership
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to use productivity tools, project management software, and other operational tools
- Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Understanding of industry practices and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple site operations
- Prior experience in operations or a similar role is highly desirable
