Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in South Delhi. The Assistant Operations Manager will support daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and operations management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing, branding, and event coordination is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude to handle challenges and deliver solutions effectively
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
