Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager based in New Delhi. The role entails supporting the operational functioning of the organization, implementing strategic initiatives, and improving processes to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams to execute projects, analyzing operational metrics, managing resources, and fostering effective collaboration among departments. The Assistant Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership in achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to ensure efficient operations.
- Leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address operational challenges efficiently.

- Experience in educational services or a related domain is a plus.
