Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Chhattisgarh, India. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes, assist in managing teams, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to achieve operational goals, optimizing workflows for efficiency, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing any operational challenges. The Assistant Operations Manager will also play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and fostering an environment of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Operational skills such as workflow optimization, resource allocation, and performance management
- Team management and leadership experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Generative AI sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in basic business tools and applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience working in or familiarity with Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets is advantageous
