Role Description
This full-time, on-site Assistant Operations Manager role based in Chennai involves overseeing the company’s daily operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating operational activities, enhancing organizational processes, managing team performance, and maintaining quality standards. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals, as well as monitoring and reporting on performance metrics. The ideal candidate will contribute to streamlining operational workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvements within the company’s operations.
