Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operation Manager based in Kolkata. The Assistant Operation Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with various departments, manage event logistics, supervise staff, and ensure timely execution of services. Responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, troubleshooting challenges during events, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also involves maintaining vendor relationships and adhering to company and client standards of excellence.
