Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Assist clients with account opening, fund transfers, bill payments, and other banking transactions
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering appropriate banking solutions and products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives, contributing to the growth of the consumer banking portfolio
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using banking systems and technology to efficiently handle client transactions and inquiries
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of department goals
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
